How long will my order take to make and ship?

Typically, our products are made to order and may take up to 1 week to ship. Build-times may be dependent on seasonal volume. Larger orders and specialty/custom items may take a bit longer as communicated.  

How can I be sure ordering through your website is safe?

Our site's order/point of sale process is done through Shopify, one of the world's biggest, most trusted E-Commerce providers. Here is our Privacy Policy.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and iPay.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We happily consider custom orders on a case by case basis. Email us with your request at rcarterwoodworks@gmail.com

Do you take wholesale orders?

Yes! We are interested in selling wholesale orders for certain products on a case by case basis. Feel free to email Aaron at rcarterwoodworks@gmail.com

 

 Product Questions

How are your items finished?

Our items are all hand-sanded and hand-finished to a silky smooth 1500 grit. We finish our cutting boards with a food-safe oil such as mineral oil or walnut oil, and beeswax for protection. 

Who makes the products you sell?

Each of our items is handcrafted in our workshop by our craftsman and father Rich.

Where is your wood sourced?

Wood is typically locally sourced in Buffalo, carefully handpicked for grain, and handworked to the specification of each product.

Do you guarantee your products?

Our products are crafted for a lifetime of use. Provided you have properly cared for them, we stand behind our products 100% and will happily replace any item that has failed due to any defect in material or craftsmanship. Send us and email at rcarterwoodworks@gmail.com with a picture, and we will gladly replace your defective product.
